NOTIFICATION

No. 123 (Mis.)/II-15-19/2023.- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (2) of the Article 229 of the

Constitution of India, Hon'ble the Chief Justice of the High Court of Chhattisgarh, Bilaspur, makes the

amendment in "THE SCHEME FOR RECRUITMENT TO THE POST OF LEGAL ASSISTANTS IN THE

HIGH COURT OF CHHATTISGARH-2023" in the following manner :-

AMENDMENT

1.

Under the Heading, "SCHEME", in Provision No. 1, the words, "not more than" shall be deleted.

2.

Under the Heading, "SCHEME", after Provision No. 1, Provision No. 1(a) shall be inserted as under :-

1(a). The term of assignment may be extendable on periodical basis, upto a maximum period of three

years, subject to the approval of the Hon'ble the Chief Justice.

Under the Heading, "Disqualification", the Provision No. 2 shall be deleted.

The above amendment shall come into the force with immediate effect.
