CORRIGENDUM

No. IIO/CSERC/2 024.- Chhattisgarh State Electricity Regulatory Commission has notified

"Chhattisgarh State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Standards for Electricity Distibution Performance)

Regulations, 2020, Notification No. E6lCSERC/2020,.dated l5th May 2020" in the Chhattisgarh Gazette. The

following shall be corrected as under:

1.

On page no. 49E (13), the words ^*156 May 2019" shall be read as ^*156 May 2O2O-.

2.

On pag€ no. 498 (15), in sub-Regulation 6.I of Regulation 6, in the first line after the words "the

standard(s) ofperformance"the words'lSchedule I and Schedule ll"shall be added

3.

On page no. 498 (18), in TABLE-A of Regulation 4, the words "(excluding payment period)" in the

heading "Time Limit for Rendering the Service"shall be omitted

4.

On page no. 498 (25), in*FORM A" the words "[See clauses 6.1 of CSERC (Standards of Performance

in Distribution of Electricity) Regulations,20201", shall be added below the heading APPLICATION

FOR CLAIMING COMPENSATION AMOUNT BY THE AFFECTED CONSUMER".
