ORDER

F. No. 3875/3773/21-B/C.G./2024.— The State Government, consequent to the enhancement of the rate

of Dearness Allowance payable to the Central Government officers/employees vide Government of India,

Ministry of Finance, Department of Expenditure O.M. No. 1/5/2024-E-II (B), dated 21-10-2024, hereby,

enhances the Dearness Allowance payable to the Judicial Officers of the State, whose pay scale have been

revised on the basis of 2nd National Judicial Pay Commission recommendation [The Chhattisgarh Lower &

Higher Judicial Service (Pay Revision, Pension and other Retirment Benefits) Rules, 2023] and/or to Pensioner

Judicial Officers and to Family Pensioners of Deceased Judicial Officers of the State, who are receiving

pension/Family pension as per revised pay scale, from the existing rate of 50% to 53% w.e.f. 01-07-2024.
