NOTIFICATION

F. No. 01/4556/XXI-B/C.G./2024.— In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 5(B) of the

Suppression of Unlawful Acts against safety of civil aviation (amendment) Act, 1994 (No. 66 of 1982), the State

Government in concurrence with Hon'ble Chief Justice of the High Court, hereby, designates all the courts of

Sessions Judge of the State as Special Court for trial of offences relating to suppression of unlawful acts against

safety of civil aviation arising within their respective sessions division (Civil District) under the said Act.
