No. F 04-25/2006/32.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309

of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Chhattisgarh, hereby, makes the following

further amendment in the Chhattisgarh Town and Country Planning (Class-I and II)

(Gazetted) Services Recruitment Rules, 2014, namely:-

AMENDMENT

In Schedule of the said rules,-

For the entries relating to column (5) of serial number 1 of Schedule–III, the

following entries shall be substituted, namely:-

“Should have Postgraduate Degree from any recognized University or

Institute, in town planning/city planning/urban planning/housing

/country

planning/rural

planning/infrastructure

planning/regional

planning

/transport

planning/environmental

planning/any

other

planning specialization approved by AICTE.

Should have Bachelor Degree (B. Tech. or B. Plan. in urban planning and

regional planning) from any recognized University or Institute, with three

year's experience in the field of urban planning, housing and real estate,

rural planning, regional planning, infrastructure planning, transport

planning

environmental

planning

with

the

Central

State

Governments/UTs or Semi-Government or Statutory or Autonomous

Organizations or Private Sector Companies or Academic Institutions.

Integrated Degree (Integrated degree in Planning leading to Master of

Planning) from any recognized University or Institute with two year's

experience in the field of urban planning, housing and real estate, rural

planning, regional planning, infrastructure planning, transport planning

or environmental planning with the Central/State Governments/UTs

/Universities/Recognized

Research

Institutions/Public

Sector

Undertakings /Semi-Government /Statutory /Autonomous Organizations

/Private Sector Companies /Academic Institutions.”
