NOTIFICATON

F. No. 1356/984/XXI-B/C.G./2025.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section

3 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 (No. 49 of 1988) and in consultation with the High Court of

Chhattisgarh, the State Government in supersession of earlier notification No. 2744/957/XXI-B/C.G./2024,

Nava Raipur dated 15-03-2024 hereby, appoints Shri Manoj Kumar Singh Thakur, Member of Higher Judicial

Service as Special Judge for Special Court (C.B.I. cases) established with head quarter at Raipur, exclusively for

the trial of offences arising under Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 (No. 49 of 1988), investigated by Delhi

Special Police Establishment and Central Bureau of Investigation for the area comprising all the revenue

Districts of State of Chhattisgarh.
