ᮓमांक VIGI-29021/6/2024-GAD-1.- यत:, आधार (िवᱫीय और अ᭠य सहायᳰकयᲂ, ᮧसुिवधाᲐ और

सेवाᲐ का लिᭃत पᳯरदान) अिधिनयम, 2016 (2016 का 18 ) कᳱ धारा 4 कᳱ उप-धारा (4) के खण्ड (ख) के

उप-खण्ड (दो) के अनुसार, ऐसे ᮧयोजनᲂ के िलए, जैसा ᳰक के᭠ᮤ सरकार, ᮧािधकरण के परामशᭅ से तथा रा᭔य के

िहत मᱶ िविहत करᱶ, ᭭वैि᭒छक आधार पर अिधᮧमाणन करने कᳱ अनुमित ᮧदान कᳱ जाती है, सुशासन के िलए आधार

अिधᮧमाणन (समाज क᭨याण, नवाचार, ᭄ान) िनयमावली, 2020 के अंतगᭅत, रा᭔य सरकार, ᭭वैि᭒छक आधार पर

“आधार” का उपयोग करने के िलए अनुमित कᳱ वांछा कर सकती है;

अतएव, रा᭔य सरकार, एत᳏ारा, अिधसूिचत करती है ᳰक सुशासन के िलए आधार अिधᮧमाणन (समाज

क᭨याण, नवाचार, ᭄ान) िनयमावली, 2020 के िनयम 5 सहपᳯठत आधार (िवᱫीय और अ᭠य सहायᳰकयᲂ,

ᮧसुिवधाᲐ और सेवाᲐ का लिᭃत पᳯरदान) अिधिनयम, 2016 (2016 का 18) कᳱ धारा 4 कᳱ उप-धारा (4) के

खण्ड (ख) के उप-खण्ड (दो) के िनबंधनᲂ मᱶ, भारत सरकार (इले᭍ᮝॉिनक और सूचना ᮧौ᳒ोिगकᳱ मंᮢालय) के

सᭃम ᮧािधकारी के मा᭟यम से कायाᭅलयीन ᭄ापन एफ. ᮓ. 13(11)/2023-EG-II, ᳰदनांक 08 अ᭍टूबर, 2024 के

᳇ारा, सिचव, छᱫीसगढ़ शासन, सामा᭠य ᮧशासन िवभाग, को दी गई अनुमित कᳱ शतᲃ के अ᭟यधीन रहते ᱟए,

छत्तीसगढ़ लोक सेवा आयोग, नवा रायपुर, ऑनलाईन आवेदन के समय वन टाईम रिज᭭ᮝेशन हेतु आधार

ᮧमाणीकरण के मा᭟यम से अ᭤यᳶथयᲂ के e-KYC िववरण को सुरिᭃत रख सकेगा एवं परीᭃा के दौरान अ᭤यᳶथयᲂ

कᳱ पहचान व अिभᮧमाणन के िलए ᭭वैि᭒छक ᱨप से, e-KYC आधार कᳱ वांछा कर सकेगा।

यह अिधसूचना राजपᮢ मᱶ इसके ᮧकाशन कᳱ तारीख से ᮧवृᱫ होगी।

ᮓमांक VIGI-29021/6/2024-GAD-1.- भारत के संिवधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के खण्ड (3) के अनुसरण मᱶ

इस िवभाग कᳱ अिधसूचना ᮓमांक VIGI-29021/6/2024-GAD-1, ᳰदनांक 19-06-2025 का अंᮕेजी अनुवाद

राज्यपाल के ᮧािधकार से ᮧकािशत ᳰकया जाता है।

NOTIFICATION

File No.: VIGI-29021/6/2024-GAD-1.- Whereas, in accordance with sub-clause (ii) of clause (b) of sub-

section (4) of Section 4 of the Aadhaar (Targeted Delivery of financial and Other Subsidies, Benefits and

Services) Act, 2016 (No. 18 of 2016), allows performing authentication on a voluntary basis for such purpose,

as the Central Government, in consultation with the Authority, and in the interest of State, may prescribe, Under

the Aadhaar Authentication for Good Governance (Social Welfare, Innovation, Knowledge) Rules, 2020, the

State Government, may seek permission to use “Aadhaar” on a voluntary basis;

Now, therefore, the State Government, hereby, notifies that the Chhattisgarh Public Service

Commission, Nava Raipur may seek e-KYC Details of the candidate through Aadhaar authentication for one

time registration at the time of online application and may require e-KYC Aadhaar on a voluntary basis for

identification and authentication of the candidate during the examination, subject to the conditions of

permission granted to General Administration Department, Government of Chhattisgarh, through the competent

authority of the Government of India (Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology) vide OM F. No. 13

(11)/2023-EG-II, dated 8th October, 2024 in terms of Rule 5 of the Aadhaar Authentication for Good

Governance (Social Welfare, Innovation, knowledge) Rules, 2020 read with sub-clause (ii) of clause (b) of sub-

section (4) of Section 4 of the “Aadhaar (Targeted Delivery of Financial and Other Subsidies, Benefits and

Services) Act, 2016 ( No. 18 of 2016).

This notification shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
