NOTIFICATION

F.No./LAW/1461/2025. - In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1), (I-A), (2) and (3) of

Section 3 of the Commercial Courts Act, 2015 (No. 4 of 2016), and in consultation with the Hon'ble High Court

of Chhattisgarh and in compliance of Memo No. 10364/Checker/III-4-1/2016 Bilaspur, Dated 11-06-2025, The

State Government, hereby, cancels this Department's Notification No. F.No./LAW/1461/2025 dated

03-07-2025, and further amends this Department's earlier Notification No. 14391/3830/XXI-B/C.G./2023 dated

20-12-2023 and designate the following court of Below District Judge Level as Commercial Court, :-

AMENDMENT

In SCHEDULE-I.

In column (3) of serial no. 1, for the words, figures and punctuation "II CJ-I, Jagdalpur", the words, figure and

punctuation "Additional Judge to the court of I CJ, Senior Division, Jagdalpur" shall be substituted.
