Government, with the concurrence of the Hon'ble Chief Justice of High Court of Chhattisgarh and in

compliance of Hon'ble High Court of Chhattisgarh's Memo No. 12652/Checker/III-6-1/2001(Pt.-III)(N.D.P.S.)

notification No. 399/1382/ XXI-B/C.G./2023 dated 02-05-2024, relating to the entries mentioned in column (2),
