ORDER

F. No./ESTB/11127/2025.— The State Government, consequent to the enhancement of rate of

Dearness Allowance payable to Central Government officers/employees vide Government of India, Ministry of

Finance, Department of Expenditure O.M. 1/4(1)/2025-E. II (B) Dated 06-10-2025, hereby, enhances the

Dearness Allowance payable to the Judicial Officers of the State, whose pay scale have been revised on the

basis of 2^nd National Judicial Pay Commission recommendation [The Chhattisgarh Lower & Higher Judicial

Service (Pay Revision, Pension and other Retirement Benefits) Rules, 2023] from the existing rate of 55% to

58% with effect from 01-07-2025.
