NOTIFICATION

F. No. /21-B/LAW/1461(1)/2025.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1), (1-A), (2)

and (3) of Section 3 of the Commercial Courts Act, 2015 (No. 4 of 2016), and in consultation with the High

Court of Chhattisgarh and in compliance of Memo No. 21610/III-4-1/2016/Checker, Bilaspur, Dated 13-11-

2025, the State Government, hereby, amends this Department's Notification No. 14391/3830/XXI-B/C.G./2023

dated 20-12-2023, and designate the following court of Civil Judge Level as Commercial Court, in place of IInd

Civil Judge, Senior Division, Bilaspur, namely:-

AMENDMENT

In the SCHEDULE-I,

Under the heading Commercial Court Below District Judge Level (Civil Judge Level) pecuniary value of

Rupees 3 Lakh to 10 Lakh (except Arbitration cases), in column (3) of serial no. 2, for symbol, punctuation and

words "II CJ-I, Bilaspur", the symbol, punctuation and words "IV Civil Judge, Senior Division, Bilaspur" shall

be substituted.
