NOTIFICATION

No.3835/3150//XXI-B/2025.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 8 of

the Banning of Unregulated Deposit Schemes Act, 2019 (No. 21 of 2019), the State Government, with the

concurrence of the Chief Justice of High Court of Chhattisgarh, hereby, designates all the Courts of Sessions

Judge of the State as Designated Court for hearing of cases under the said Act arising in their respective

jurisdiction.
