NOTIFICATION

F. No. 21-B/LAW/1461(2)/2025.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1), (I-A), (2)

and (3) of Section 3 of the Commercial Courts Act, 2015 (No. 4 of 2016), and in consultation with the Hon'ble

High Court of Chhattisgarh and in compliance of Memo No. 364/III-4-1/2016/Checker, Bilaspur, Dated 08-01-

2026, The State Government, hereby, amends this Department's Notification No. 14391/3830/XXI-B/C.G./2023

dated 20-12-2023 and designate the following court of Civil Judge, Senior Division Level as Commercial Court

(below District Judge Level), in place of IInd Civil Judge, Senior Division Raipur, namely :-

AMENDMENT

In the SCHEDULE-I,

Under the heading Commercial Court Below District Judge Level (Civil Judge Level) pecuniary value of

Rupees 3 Lakh to 10 Lakh (except Arbitration cases), in column (3) serial no. 6 for symbol, punctuation and

word "II CJ-I, Raipur", the symbol, punctuation and words "III Civil Judge, Senior Division, Raipur" shall be

substitited.
