F.No.440/1081/XXI-B/C.G./2026.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-

section (2) of Section 36 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (No.

61 of 1985), the State Government, with the concurrence of the Hon'ble Chief Justice of

High Court of Chhattisgarh and in compliance of Hon'ble High Court of Chhattisgarh's

Memo No. 5628/III-6-1/2001(Pt.-III) NDPS/(checker) Bilaspur, Dated 19-03-2026, by

amending entries relating to establishment of Special Court (NDPS) at Balrampur-

Ramanujganj,

Bastar

(Jagdalpur),

Bilaspur,

Jashpur,

Raigarh,

Kondagaon

and

Mahasamund in this department's previous notification regarding establishment of Special

Court under the said Act, hereby, notifies the following Courts as Special Court under sub-

section (2) of Section 36 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 for

Civil District Balrampur-Ramanujganj, Bastar (Jagdalpur), Bilaspur, Jashpur, Raigarh,

Kondagaon and Mahasamund, namely:-

In the Schedule of the said Notification, Presiding Officer of the Court mentioned in

column No. (3) are appointed as Special Judge under Section 36 (2) of the Narcotic Drugs

and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (No. 61 of 1985), at the corresponding place
