Clause 18.5.2.2 Industrial Zone
c) The Industrial Sub-division Shall
Provide for :
i. Minimum 10% of the area to
be reserved as recreational
and green belt. If the area of
the
plot
designated
for
recreation is more than 1500
sq.mts the additional area can
be used for parking purpose.
Clause 18.5.2.2 Industrial Zone
c) The Industrial Sub-division Shall Provide for :
i. Within industrial parks, minimum 5% of the area to be
reserved as recreational/open space in the layout. Further 5%
recreational/open will be reserved within the development
plots of Industrial area where approval of layout is
mandatory.
For the industrial plots not within industrial parks,
minimum 10% of the area to be reserved as recreational/ open
space.
If the area of the plot designated for recreation is more
than 1500 sq.mts the additional area can be used for parking
purpose. Maximum 10% of the area at the sector level shall
be provided for housing for workers.
