NOTIFICATION

No. RULE-801/4/2025-Revenue-Part (1). In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 30 and

Section 33 of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, 1959 (No 20 of 1959), to ensure uniformity and efficiency

in the Court proceeding, the State Government, hereby, notifies the following procedure, namely:-

1. Where the Revenue Officer/Revenue Court called any document, case, file, etc. for the purpose of proceeding

mentioned in Section 30, the scanned copy (PDF) of the document or record may be transmitted through E-

Court Management System or the e-mail ID of the Government Domain (nic/gov) after due verification and

with specific mention of the total number of pages contained therein.

2. E-Court Management System and e-mail platform of Government Domain (nic/gov) is prescribed for the

purpose of Section 33. While presenting the case/petition in the Revenue Court, the mobile no. and e-mail ID

of the applicant/non-applicant shall be obtained for this and entered in E-Court System at the time of registration

so that the notice/information may be sent to the concerned persons through S.M.S. and e-mail.
