NOTIFICATION

F.No. EComp. No.:60193/2101/21-B/LAW/C.G./25-26.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-

section (1), (1A), (2) and (3) of Section 3 of the Commercial Courts Act, 2015 (No. 4 of 2016), and in

consultation with the Hon’ble High Court of Chhattisgarh and in compliance of Memo No. 11651/III-4-

1/2016/Checker, Bilaspur, dated 07.07.2026, the State Government, hereby, amends this Department's

Notification no. 14391/3830/XXI-B/C.G./2023, dated 20.12.2023 and designate the court of IVth Civil Judge,

Senior Division, Durg as Commercial Court (below District Judge Level), in place of IInd Civil Judge, Senior

Division, Durg for hearing of Commercial Dispute cases arising out of Civil District Durg, namely :-

AMENDMENT

In the SCHEDULE-I

Under the heading Commercial Court Below District Judge Level (Civil Judge Level) pecuniary value

of Rupees 3 Lakh to 10 Lakh (except Arbitration cases), in column (3) of serial no. 3, for symbol, punctuation

and word “II CJ-I, Durg”, the symbol, punctuation and words “IVth Civil Judge, Senior Division, Durg” shall

be substituted,
