No./676/Ÿª˝ÊÁŸ/äÊÊ⁄UÊ vz(y)/Ÿª˝ÊÁŸ/2025.—The existing land use maps for Gobra Nawapara Planning Area was

published under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Chhattisgarh Nagar Tatha Gram Nivesh Adhiniyam, 1973 (No. 23

of 1973) in the Chhattisgarh Gazette dated 09 june 2023 and objections and suggestions were invited from the public

under the provision of sub-section (2) of the said section. After giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to all such

persons who have filed the objection or suggestion, modifications as considered desirable, are made therein.

Now, the existing land use maps for the above planning area is hereby adopted under sub-section (3) of

Section 15 of the said Adhiniyam and a copy of notice is also sent for its publication in “Chhattisgarh Gazette” under

the provision of sub-section (4) of section 15 of the said Adhiniyam, which shall be conclusive evidence of the fact that

the above maps has been duly prepared and adopted. The said adopted maps shall be available for inspection during

office hours for a period of 15 days from the publication of the notice in Chhattisgarh Gazette in the following offices
