New Delhi, the 22nd April 1963

S.O. 1158.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Imports

& Exports (Control) Act, 1947 (18 of 1947), the Central Government hereby makes

the following further amendment to the Exports (Control) Order, 1982, namely:—

In Part B of Schedule I to the said Order,

Manganese dioxide/peroxide appearing against sub-Item (iii) under item

12 shall be omitted.
