NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 6th June 1963

S.O. 1591.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section

16 of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1956 (42 of 1956), the Central

Government hereby makes the following amendment to the notification of the

Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Economic Affairs)

No. S.O. 3644 dated the 29th November, 1962, namely:—

In the said notification, after the words "the whole of India", the words "ex-

eeDt the States of Madras and Maharashtra" shall be inserted.
