NOTIFICATIONS

New Delhi, the 28th October 1963

G.S.R. 1720/Sugar-Export.-In exercise

of the powers conferred by sub-

section (1) of section 4 of the Sugar Export Promotion Act, 1958 (30 of 1958) the

Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the Order

of the Government of India in the Ministry of Food and Agriculture (Department

at Food), G.S.R. No. 1091/Sugar-Export, dated the 17th August, I962, namely:—

In the said Order, for the expression "31st

day of October, 1963", the

expression "31st day of December, 1963", shall be substituted.

G.S.R. 1721/Sugar-Export.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section

(1) of section 4 of the Sugar Export Promotion Act, 1958 (30 of 1958), the Central

Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the Order of the

Government of India in the Ministry of Food and Agriculture (Department of

Food), G.S.R. No. 1180/Sugar-Export, dated the 29th August, 1962, namely;—

In the said Order, for the expression "31st day of October, 1963"; the

expression "31st day of December", shall be substituted.

G.S.R. 1722/Sitgar-Expart.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section

(1) of section 4 of the Sugar Export Promotion Act, 1958 (30 of 19158) the Central

Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the Notification of

the Government of India in the Ministry of Food and Agriculture (Department of

Food) G.S.R. No. 1546/Sugar-Export, dated the 16th November, 1962, namely:—

In the said Notification for the expression "31st day of October, 1963", the

expression "31st day of December, 1963", shall be substituted.

G.S.R. 1723/Sugat-Export.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section

(1) of section 4 of the Sugar Export Promotion Act, 1958 (30 of 1958), the Central

Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the Notification of

Foud), G.S.R. No. 159/Sugar-Export, dated the 24th January, 1S63, namely:—

In the said Notification for the expression "31st day of October, 1963", the

expression "31st day of December, Ifc63", shall be substituted.

G.S.R. 1724/SugarJjExport.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section

(1) of section 4 of the Sugar Export Promotion Act, 1958 (30 of 1958), the Central

Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the Notification

of the Government of India in the Ministry of Food and Agriculture (Department

of Food), G.S.R. No. 788/Sugar-Export, dated the 4th May, 1963, namely:—

In the said Notification for the expression "31st day of October, 1963", the

expression "31st day of December, 1963", shall be substituted.

G.S-R. 1125/Sugar-Export.—In exorcise of the powers conferred by sub-section

(1) of section 4 of the Sugar Export Promotion Act, 1958 (30 of 1958), the Central

Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Notification of the

Government of India in the Ministry of Food and Agriculture (Department of Pood)

G.S.R. No. 1237/Sugar-Export, dated the 20th July, 1.963, namely:—

In the said Notification for the expression "31st day of October, 1963", the

expression "31st day of December, 1963", shall be substituted.
