New Delhi, the 8th November 1963

G.S.R. 1760.—In exercise of the

powers

conferred by section 3 of

the

Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby

makes the following Order further to amend the Rice (Punjab) Price Control

Order, 1963, namely :—

1. This Order may be called the Rice (Punjab) Price Control Second Amend-

ment Order, 1963.

2. In the Schedule to the Rice (Punjab) Price Control Order, 1963,—

(i) in the table of prices, for the entries against item 1 'Fine' in column

(1) and the corresponding entries relating thereto in column (2)

thereof, the following item and

substituted,
