ORDER

New Delhi, the 11th December 1963

G.S.R. 1911.—In pursuance of the provisions of sub-clause (4) of clause 3 of

the Madhya Pradesh Rice Procurement (Levy) Order, 1960, the Central Govern-

ment hereby increases, with immediate effect, the percentage of rice specified in

paragraph (b) of sub-clauses (1) and (2) of clause 3 of the said Order, required

to be sold to the Purchase Officer by the licensed miller or the licensed dealer,

from 25% to 30%.
