IMPORT TRADE CONTROL

New Delhi, the 13th January, 1964

SUBJECT:—Import of samples and literatures relating to products to be manufactur-

ed for export.

No. 4/ITC(PN)/64.—The question of import of samples and literature relating to

products to be manufactured for export has been considered by the Government

and it has been decided to permit such imports on an ad hoc basis. Intending

importers may apply in the prescribed manner to the licensing authorities concern-

ed giving full justification for their requirements.
