EXPORT TRADE CONTROL

No. 20/1/64-EI—In partial modification of Clause 1 of the Notification of the
Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce No. S.R.O. 794, dated the 21st
October, 1960 in regard to the procedure for payment of application fees for export
services, the Central Government hereby directs that the prescribed fee shall be
exported under the head "Export Licence Application Fees" subordinate to the
major head "XXXII Miscellaneous Social and Developmental Import and Export
rude Control Organisation".
