No. 308(d)/IV—during April.

1965—March, 1966 period.

No. 3-ITC(PN)/66.—Attention of the importers is invited to remark (11)

against S. No. 308(d)/IV in Section II of the Import Trade Control Policy Book

(Red Book) for the period April, 1965—March, 1966.

2. On a review of the position it has been decided to substitute remark (ii)

given against S. No. 308(d)/IV by the following remark: —

"(ii) Licences will not be valid for import of gold watch cases. Licences

will not also be valid for import of other watch cases whose c.i.f.

price is less than Rs. 24 per dozen. The import of parts of such

watch cases except glass will not be permitted''.
