No. 15/4/61/E.1.—In exercise of the powers conferred by rule 131-A of the

Defence of India Rules, 1962, the Central Government hereby makes the follow-

ing amendment in the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Com-

merce No. 1/65 dated the 10th September, 1965, published in Part I, Section I, of

the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, dated the 10th September, 1965, namely:—

In the said Order, the following proviso shall be added at the end, namely: —

"Provided that nothing in this Order shall apply to the import and export

of all goods from and to Afghanistan through Pakistan.".
