S.O. 615 dated the 24th February, 1966 published in the Gazette of India Extra-

ordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) dated the 24th February, 1966, the

Central Government hereby appoints Shri G. D. Bhabha as Chairman of the

body of persons appointed to enquire into the affairs of the New Pratap Spinning,

Weaving and Manufacturing Company Ltd., Dhulia (Maharashtra State), in the

place of Shrl G. N. Vaidya.
