NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 10th August 1966

G.S.R. 1267.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause 11 of the Sugar

(Control) Order, 1966, the Central Government hereby authorises: —

the Food Controller, Ahmedabad and

the Deputy Food Controller, Ahmedabad,

to exercise the powers conferred under the said clause "within the Ahmedabad

city and directs that the following amendments shall be made in the notification

of the Government of India in the Ministry of Food, Agriculture, community

Development and Cooperation (Department of Food) No. G.S.R. 921 dated the

10th June, 1966, namely: —

In the said notification, after item (ix) and the entries relating thereto, the

following shall be inserted, namely: —
