G.S.R, 1527.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section

25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied

that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following

further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry

of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 178-Customs, dated the 1st July, 1963,

namely: —

In the said notification, for the figures, letters

and word "30th September.

1966", the figures, letters and word, ''31st December, 1966" shall be substituted.

G.S.R. 2037.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential

Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the

following Order further to amend the Roller Mills Wheat Products (Price Control)

Order, 1085, namely:—

1. This Order may be called the Roller Mills Wheat Products (Price Control)

Second Amendment Order, 1966.

2. In 1he Roller Mills Wheat Products (Price Control) Order, 19GS, in sub-

clause (2) of clause 1, for the Words "Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh and West Bengal",

the words "Haryana, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh and West Bengal and the Union

territory of Chandigarh" shall be substituted.

G.S.R. 2038.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential

Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the

following Order further to amend the Gram Zone (Movement Control) Order,

1966, namely:—

1, This Order may be called the Gram Zone (Movement

Control I Second

Amendment Order, 1960.

2. In the Gram Zone (Movement Control) Order, 1906,—•

(i) for sub-clause (2) of clause I, the following sub-clause shall be sub-

stituted, namely;—

"(2) It extends to the States of Punjab. Haryana and Uttar Pradesh and

the Union Territories of Delhi, Hirnachal Pradesh and Chandigarh"

(il) tor sub-clause (f) of clause 2. the following sub-clause shall be substi-

tuted, namely:—

"(f) "Zone" means the area comprising the States of Punjab, Haryana and

Uttar Pradesh and the Union Territories of Delhi, JTimachal Pradesh

and Chandigarh".
