G S.R. 1588.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section

6 of the Indian Ports Act, 1908 (15 of 1908), the Central Government

hereby

makes the following rules, the same having been previously published as required

by sub-section (2) of the said section, namely: —

1. Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Port of

Paradip (Rates for the use of the Mechanical Ore Handling Plant and the Wharf)

Rules, 1966.

(2) They shall come into force at once.

2. Fixation of rates for the use of Ore Handling Plant etc.—The rates to

be

charged for the use of the Merhanical Ore Handling Plant and for the use of the

wharf at the port of Paradip shall be as specified in the Schedule hereto annexed.

SCHEDULE

Rates for the use of Mechanical Ore Handling: Plant

Rates for the use of the Wharf
