NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 31.st October 1966

S.O. 3265.—Whereas in pursuance of sub-clause (ii) of clause (c) of section 8

of the Employees' State Insurance Act, 1048 (34 of 1948), the Employees' State

Insurance Corporation has elected Shri S. C. Agarwal to be a member of the

Standing Committee, vice Shri R. K. Parikh.

And whereas in pursuance of sub-clause (v) of clause (c) of section 8 of the

said Act, the Corporation has elected

Shri

Amar

Nath Vidyalankar to be a

member of the Standing Committee, vice Shri Arjun Arora.

Now, therefore, in pursuance of section 8 of the said Act, the Central Govern-

ment hereby makes the following amendments to the notification of the Govern-

ment of India in the late Department of Social Security No. S.O. 435, dated the

30th January, 1965, namely: —

In the said notification,

(a) under the heading "Elected by the Corporation under sub-clause (ii¹)

of clause (c) of section 8". for the entry against S. No. 3, the follow-

ing entry shall be substituted, namely: —

"Shri S. C. Agarwal, Dalmia Cement (Bharat) Ltd,, Scindia House, New

Delhi".

(b) under the heading "Elected by the Corporation under sub-clause (v)

of clause (c) of section 8" for the entry against S. No. 13, the follow-

ing entry shall be substituted, namely: —

"Shri Amar Nath Vidyalankar, M.P., 15, Feroze Shah Road, New Delhi."
