ORDER
In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (3) of article 77 of the Constitu-
tion, the President hereby makes with effect from 1st November 1966, the following
"further amendment in the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Rules,
1961, namely:—
In the said Rules, in the Second Schedule—under the heading ''Ministry of
Home Affairs", under "Part III—Additional subjects with regard to
Union. Territories",

"(1) For the Union Territories of Delhi, Himachal Pradesh,
Manipur,
Tripura, Pondicherry, Goa, Daman and Diu, and Dadra and Nagar
Haveli,"
