NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 17th. November 1966

S.O. 3519.—In pursuance of clause 2(c) of the Wheat Roller Flour Mills (Licens-

ing and Control) Order, 1957, the Central Government hereby appoints the Joint

Director (Food), Northern Region Residuary Cell, Headquarters, New Delhi, to

exercise the powers and perform the duties of a licensing

authority under the

said Order and makes the following amendment to the Order of the Government

of India in the Ministry of Food and Agriculture (Department of Food) No. S.R.O.

2989. dated the 13th September, 1957 (published on 21st September, 1957), name-

ly:—

In the Schedule to the said Order, for the words and brackets "The Regional

Director (Food), Northern Region, New Delhi", the words and brackets "The Joint

Director (Food), Northern Region Residuary Cell, Headquarters, New Delhi" shall

be substituted.
