NEW Delhi, the 23rd December 1966

G.8.R. 1935.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25

of the Customs Act. 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that

it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further

amendment in the notification of the Government of India In the Ministry of

Finance (Department of Revenue) No, 126-Customs, dated the 20th August, 1963.

namely: —

For the existing Table annexed to the said notification, the following Table shall

be substituted, namely:—•

TABLE

Description of goods

(1)

Electrolytic aluminium wire bars,

electrolytic aluminium billets, or

electrolytic aluminium ingots.

Rate of duty

(2)

15 per cent ad valorem
