S.O. 741.—In pursuance of section 12A of the Essential Commodities Act, 1966

(10 of 1965), the Central Government hereby specifies each of Orders mentioned

in column (3) of the Schedule hereto annexed, made by the State

mentioned in the corresponding entry in column (2) thereof, under section 3 of

the said Act, to be a special order for purposes of summary trial under the said

section 12A.
