S.O. 950,—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Commissions

of Inquiry Act, 1952 (60 of 1952), the Central Government hereby extends upto the

31st October, 1969, the period within which the Commission of Inquiry appointed

by the

Government of India in the Ministry of Home Affairs

by

notification

No. SO. 3960 published at pages 1713 and 1714 of Part II, Section 3, Sub-section

(ii), of the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, dated the 1st November 1967, shall

make its report to the Central Government.
