G.S.R. 2368.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 3
of the Central Excises and Salt Act, 1944 (1 of 1944), the Central Government
hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Govern-
ment of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue and Insurance)
No. 165/69-Central Excises dated the 16th June, 1969, namely: —
In the said notification, for the letters and figures "Rs. 160", the letters and
figures "Rs. 170" shall be substituted.
