S.O. 5051.—Whereas I, G. T. Menezes, have been authorised by the Vegetable

Oil

Products Controller for India under sub-clause (a) of clause 2 of the Vegetable Oil Products

Control Order, 1947, to exercise the powers of the Controller under the said Order;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (1) of clause 6 of

the Vegetable Oil Products Control Order, 1947, read with the notification of the Govern-

ment of India in the late Ministry of Food and Agriculture No. G.S.R. 882 dated the

24th September, 1958, and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India

in the Ministry

the prior concurrence of the Central Government, the maximum prices at which vegetable
