ORDER
New Delhi, the 13th April 1970
G.S.R. 644/Ess.Com./Sugar.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sec-
tion (3C) of section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955, (10 of 1955), the
Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Order of the
Government of India in the Ministry of Food, Agriculture, Community Development
and Cooperation (Department of Food) No. G.S.R. 1000/Ess. Com./Sugar, dated the
19th April, 1069, namely: —
In the said Order
(1) for the "Explanation" the following
Explanation shall be substituted,
namely: —
"Explanation.—The prices specified in Column (2) to (15) of Schedule I: —
(1) do not include the basic excise duty and additional excise duty in lieu
of sales tax, which the producer can recover at the rate in force
at the relevant time in addition to the prices as determined by
this Order;

(IU) Include,—
(a) charges on transport from factory godowns and loading of sugar
at buyer's option on buyer's carts, lorries or other mean* of
transport or Into railway wagons at th« railway station or sid-
ing generally used by the producer and Include siding or Wagon-
hauling charges; and
(b) all other incidental charges Including dunnage charges.'"
(2) For Schedule I, the following Schedule shall be substituted, namely: —
