New Delhi, the 7th August 1972
S.O. 529(E).—Whereas I, F.G.T. Menezes, have been authorised by the Vegetable Oil Pro-
ducts Controller for India under sub cause (a) of clause 2 of the Vegetable Oil Products
Control Order, 1947, to execise the powers of the Controller under the said order:
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (1) of clause 6 of the Vege-
table Oil Products Control Order, 1947, read with the notification of the Government of India in
the late Ministry of Food and Agriculture No. G.S.R. 8S2 dated the 24th September 1958 and
in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Agriculture
Department of Food, No. S.O. 438(E)dated the 22nd June, 1972, I hereby fix, with the prior

Explanation.— In thl» notification
CO "rstallar" mians a dealer who sells not more than 16-5 kgs. of vegetable
oil products to any one consumer at a time.
(ii) "wholesaler" me are a dealer who sells vegetable oil product
(a) to a retailer In any quantity, or
(b) to a co sumer exceeding 16.5 kgs. at a time-
