S.O. 11(E).—Whereas the Government

the State of Tamil Nadu

have

intimated certain alterations in the names and the boundaries of the territo-

rial divisions comprised

within the 134-Usilampatti

assembly

constituency

mentioned in Part B in Schedule IX to the Delimitation of Parliamentary and

Assembly Constituencies Order, 1966 and specified below:—

And whereas the Election Commission considers it necessary to

make am-

endment in the description of the constituency so as to bring the order up to-

date;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b)of

sub-

section (1) of section 9 of the Representation of the People Act, 1950, the Elec-

tion Commission hereby makes the amendment in the said Order as follows: —

In Part B—Assembly Constituencies—

in 134-Usilampatti, in the description of the extent of constituency,

for

the existing entry substitute the entry—

"Usilampatti and Chellempatti unions and portion

of Mannadimangalam

Reserved Forest in Usilampatti taluk"
