SUBJECT:—Sale of 'goods imported by foreign participants in the Third, Asian inter-

national Trade Fair, 1972, New Delhi.

, No. 5-ITC(PN)/73.—Altention'is invited to the Ministry of Foreign-Trade Public

Notice No. l78-ITC(PN)/72, dated the 4th December, 1972 which lays down the

procedure for submission, of applications by actual users

for the purchase of

goods imported by foreign participants in the Third Asian International Trade

Fair, 1972.

2.It has been decided to fix 31st January, 1973 as the last date by which actual

users should submit their import applications in accordance with the aforesaid

Public Notice No. 178-ITC(PN)/72, dated the 4th December, 1972. Accordingly, the

actual users willing to purchase the goodn frttm foreign participants and who do not

hold valid Import licences but whose apptffi&uons for Import licences for the goods

sought to be purchased are pending with th'e licensing or the sponsoring authorities,

should send intimations In regard TO the Particulars of such pending applications

for

the grant of import licences in terms of paragraph 4 of the aforesaid Public Notice

dated the 4th December, 1972 through the sponsoring authorities concerned, on or

before 31st January, 1973. Applications received by the sponsoring authorities con-

cerned after this date will not be entertained under the aforesaid Public Notice.
