SUBJECT.—Trade with Bangladesh during the period from 28th March 1972 to 21th
March, 1973.
No, ll-ITC(PN)/73.—-Attention is invited to the Ministry of Foreign Trade
Public Notice No, 57-ITC(PN)/72 dated the 20th April, 1972, on the above subject,
as amended from time to time.
2. In the said Public Notice, in Annexure I which contains the list of commodities
for exports to Bangladesh under the Limited Payments Arrangement, the ceiling in
respect of some of the items covered by serial No. 7 and the eligible importers and
exporters will be as indicated in the Appendix to this Public Notice.
3. The Ministry of Foreign Trade Public Notice No. 57-ITC(FN)/72 dated the
20th April, 1972 may be deemed to have been amended accordingly.
