S.O. 53(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Essential

Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955) the Central Government hereby directs, that the

notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Agriculture (Department

of Agriculture) No. S.O. 595(E) dated the 15th September, 1972 shall remain in

force upto and inclusive of the 31st March, 1973.
