RESOLUTION
New Delhi, the 1th February 1973
No. F. A.ll0l3/E/134/U-Ad.IV.—The Government of India have decided that
Shri J. Banerjee, Member, Central Board of Excise and Customs, and ex-officio
Joint Secretary to the Government of India, shall serve as a Member of the
Central Excise (Self Removal Procedure) Review Committee (which has been
set up under the Government's Resolution of even number dated the 11th
October, 1971) vice Shri S, P. Kampani, who has retired from Government service
on superannuation.
ORDER
Ordered that a copy of the Resolution be communicated to all concerned and
that it be published in the Gazette of India for general information.
