No. DRAW BACK/PN-1/73.—Under rule 4 of the Customs and Central Excise Duties Draw-
back Rules, 1971 (Notification No. 52/F. No. 602/2/70-DBK published in the Gazette of India
Extraordinary, dated the 25th August, 1971), the Central Government hereby makes the following
amendments in the Table published in the Public Notice No. DRAWBACK/PN-i dated the 15th
October, 1971 :—
For Sub-Serial No. 5004 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted:—

Rate of Drawback
13% (Thirteen per cent only
of the f.o.b. value.
NOTE.—The above rate is inclusive of drawback on packing materials.

No. DRAWBACK/PN-3/73.—Under rule 4 of the Customs and Central Excise Duties,
Drawback Rules, 1971 (Notification No. 52 F. No. 602/2/70-DBK published in the Gazette of India,
Extraordinary, dated the 25th August, 1971), the Central Government hereby makes the following
amendment in the Table published in the Public Notice No. DRAWBACK^PN-i dated the 15th
October, 1971 :—
For the existing description heading against sub-serial No. 3608 the following shall be
substituted :—

following amendments in the table published in the Puhlic Notice No. DRAWBACK/PN-i dated
the 15th October, 1971 :—
After Sub-clause (b) of Sub-Serial No, 3821 and the entries relating thereto,

evidence to the satisfaction of the Assistant Collector of Customs that the Central Excise duty of Rs.
0-875 Eighty -s:ven point live paise only) per kg. leviable on copper strips produced from copper in
crude form has been paid and that no rebate under the Central Kxcisc Rules, 1944 has been or
" will be obtained by the exporter from the Central Excise authorities.
