No. 28-ITC(PN)/ 73.—Attention is invited to the Import Policy for Registered

Exporters contained in the Import Trade Control Policy (Red Book) Volume II

for the period April 1972—March 1973. issued under the Ministry of Foreign Trade

Public Notice No. 47-ITC(PN)/72, dated 3rd April, 1972.

2. As the work relating to the Import of rough diamonds has been transferred

from National Mineral Development Corporation

to the Minerals and

Metals

Trading Corporation of India Ltd., it has been decided that the word '"NMDC" or

"NMDC Ltd" wherever appearing in Col. 5 of Section II against Product Group—

"S-Gem Jewellery" may be substituted by the word "MMTC".
