IMPORT TRADE CONTROL

SUBJECT.—Transfer
of imports/exports effected under Indo-Afghan Trade Agreements
period 1971-72.
No. 36-ITC(PN)/73.—Attention is invited to para 6 of Ministry of Foreign Trade
Public Notice No. 25-ITC(PN)/73, dated 13th February, 1973, in terms of which the trans-
fers under the said Public Notice were required to be completed upto 28th February, 1973.
2. On a review of the position, and in partial modification of para 6 of the aforesaid
Public Notice, it has been decided to allow transfers upto 30th April, 1973. Failure to
complete transfers by that date will render the defaulters liable to action under Import/
Export Control and Foreign Exchange, orders, rules and regulations.
