S O. 181(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to clause (1) of sub-

section <2) of section 297 of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Govern-

ment hereby makes the following

Order to amend, the jammu and Kashmir

(Taxation

Concessions) Order, 1958, namely:—

1. (1) This Order may be called the Jammu and Kashmir (Taxation

Concessions)

(Amendment) Order, 1973.

(2) It shall come into force on the 1st day of April, 1973.

2. In the Jammu and Kashmir (Taxation Concessions) Order, 1958, paragraph 7 shall

be omitted.

ment hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Part

B States (Taxation

Concessions) Order, 1950, namely:—

1. (1) This Order may be called the Part B States

(Taxation Concessions) (Amend-

ment) Order, 1973.

(2) It shall v'ome inti force on the 1st day of April, 1973.

2. In the Part B States (Taxation Concessions) Order,

1950, in paragraph 15, item

Ciii) shall be omitted.

1. This Order may be called the Merged States (Taxation

Concessions) (Amendment)

(a) item (i) shall be omitted with effect from the 2nd day of April, 1973;
